Our Story
Spine Solutions Clinic was founded in 2017 by Dr. Sameer Ruparel, orthopaedic spine surgeon in Mumbai. Since then the clinic has steadily grown to establish itself as a premier spine care centre with a strong focus on innovation and excellence in care and now attracts patients from all over Mumbai.
Spine Solutions Clinic prides itself for its modern spinal care in Mumbai and beyond. Nowadays, the treatment options are rapidly changing and modern technology is significantly affecting care pathways. These medical advances can be overwhelming for patients and occasionally the hype of a novel treatment or over-promised treatment methods can be potentially dangerous and here at our clinic, we explain and formulate an individualised management plan that navigates these issues for you.

Dr. Ruparel is an internationally fellowship trained specialist spine surgeon with dedication and compassion to patient needs.
Consulting offices are located at various parts of Mumbai to provide outpatient advice and management. Though always available for emergencies, the clinic timings and locations are as mentioned.
Dr. Ruparel consults all patients regardless of their economic capabilities and frequently caters them for free and nominate rates. Also, any second opinion cases for careful consultation and evaluation to help make the right decision are welcome. Most appointments can be scheduled within a short period at any of the locations.
Dr. Ruparel is available to provide a comprehensive care for Spine conditions. He has special interest in Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (Keyhole Surgery) as well as motion preserving procedures such as Disc Replacement Surgeries of both neck and lower back. Dr. Ruparel believes in utilising the advances in technology to improve precision and making operative procedures more consistent and predictable in outcomes. He regularly participates in academic activities and speaking engagements to share his expertise and experience in automation in the operating room and future innovations.
Our philosophy of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) treatments is at our core and generally recommend non operative measures first prior to considering any surgical treatment options.
